Optimizations:

- Added offline push when your gathering is completed o defense is failed in Magic Spire.

- Sanctum optimization: The Sanctum won't be activated if you don't have any Hospital.

- Added double check when using gold to train and upgrade troops.

- The text of "BENEFIT" won't display if the accolade doesn't have any benefit.

- Optimized the game experience of Netherfall and Kingdom Raid.
