Gameplay

Gather your Allies to besiege Castles in the Kingdom. Occupy them to earn points and win great rewards!

Castle Unlocked!

Different Castle levels will be unlocked based on the progress of the Path of Conquest.

Requirements for Besieging Castles

1. You must be in an Alliance.

2. Your Alliance must expand its Territory over a Castle.

Capturing Castles

1. There are two stages for capturing a Castle: Siege and Capture.

2. Stage I: Siege

a. Castle Defender

- Each Castle has its own Defenders. You will face Defenders of different difficulty levels based on the Castle’s level.

- Defenders of different difficulty levels will have unique default troop amounts.

b. Defender Waves

- Each member of the Alliance will have a default number of assault attempts against Defenders.

- Each successful assault will consume 1 assault attempt.

- If the selected Defender was defeated by another Lord, the attack attempt you spend will be returned afterwards.

- The attempts will recover after a certain amount of time.

- All Castles share the number of assault attempts.

c. Defender Assault Rules

- Lords can select Defender difficulty levels before besieging the Castle. You can only select one march and one difficulty level for each assault attempt.

- There are 2 types of Defenders: Standard Defenders and Monstrous Defenders. The two types have different difficulty levels.

- Standard Defenders: There will be 3 levels for Standard Defenders: Easy, Normal and Hard. Each time you assault Defenders, if you win, your troops will automatically return and the amount of Defenders will be reduced by 1. If you lose, your troops will return and the number of Defenders will remain the same.

- Monstrous Defenders: Only Hellish Difficulty is available for Monstrous Defenders. Each attack will knock out a Defender, but you'll lose troops in the assault.

- Your troops won’t die in the battle. Wounded troops will be sent to your Hospitals and Sanctum. If your Hospitals and Sanctum are full, though, then newly wounded troops will die.

- When Defenders are not fully defeated, other Alliances may attack the Defenders as well. Troops from different Alliances won’t engage in mutual combat during the Siege.

d. Moving to New Stages

- When the last of the Defenders are defeated, you will directly enter Stage II.

- The troops who defeated the Defenders will garrison the Castle.

- Allied troops who arrive after that will reinforce the Castle while enemy troops will attack the occupiers.

e. Stage Reset

- You will need to defeat all Defenders in a limited period of time to enter Stage II. If any Defenders remain when time runs out, all Defenders will be reset.

- The clock will start ticking the first time you assault the Defenders.

- When you enter the next Stage, the reset timer will be removed.

f. Points and Rewards

- Standard Defenders: Each victory against the Defenders will earn you Assault Points.

- Monstrous Defenders: Each time you deal damage to the Defenders you will earn Assault Points.

- The Assault points you earn will partly determine your place on the Leaderboards.

3. Stage II: Capture

a. How to successfully capture a Castle: Once an Alliance Member is garrisoning a Castle, he or she will remain occupying for a certain amount of time to successfuilly capture it.

b. Garrison your Castle: While garrisoning, other Alliances who are connected to the Castle can attack it.

c. The Wounded: Your troops won’t die in battle, and the wounded will be moved to your Hospitals and Sanctum. If your Hospitals and Sanctum are full, newly wounded troops will die.

d. Stage Reset:

- Reset Rules: You will need to garrison the Castle in a limited period of time to capture it. If you haven’t captured it when time runs out, your troops will return to your City, all Defenders will be reset, and all Alliances will restart from Defender Stage.

- Timer: The Timer will begin when all Defenders are defeated.

e. Points and Rewards:

- Each time you attack, garrison or rally a Castle, you will earn Capture points

- The points will determine your place on the Leaderboards.
